We're a boutique wedding event - meaning we're not a huge wedding fair exposition. We limit categories for our event, so it's in your best interest to apply as soon as membership opens. We do this for the benefit of both the clients and for our participating vendors. It provides potential clients & brides with a wider variety of vendor types, giving them the ability to plan their entire wedding at the event if they chose to do so. It also ensures that you get the most exposure for your business, by not over saturating vendor categories. If more than the limited quantity of each type of vendor apply, we begin a wait list. Once we reach July 1st, we revisit the wait list to see which categories we need to expand, to fill remaining booth spaces. Here are our categories when registration opens on May 1st, to members:
(2) Invitations & Paper
(7) Live Musicians
(2) Officiants & Chapels
(2) Waste Management
(5) Equipment Rentals
(2) Event Insurance
(2) Event Planners
(7) Event Venues
(3) Floral & Decor
We're the most reasonably priced wedding fair in Western Montana. We're not a large wedding expo, because we concentrate on keeping our event interactive & fun for potential clients. We consistently attract clients who are serious about planning & ready to shop!
Booths start at $450 for Western Montana Wedding Association members.
Booths are $750 for non-members.
Keep in mind, our membership is open to any vendors who service Western Montana weddings, so you would end up paying $150 for a membership fee (before Feb 28), or $200 (after Feb 28), and then a $450 booth fee - still a cost savings over being a non-member. It's smarter to just be a member for the whole year, and get the most out of your membership dollars! Not to mention, we WANT our wedding fair to be filled with local vendors, so it's relevant to clients.

We want our wedding fair to be applicable to those who attend - meaning a Western Montana Wedding Fair should be represented by vendors who are local! We keep registration open to members first, before opening up registration to non-members. We grow our local wedding community through this continued support of other local vendors.
We're the only Western Montana wedding fair which features a consignment market as part of our event! This allows past brides to bring in their previously loved wedding decor for resale, and brides-to-be love to shop for a great deal! Vendors often reduce excess inventory as well - do you have decorations that never get used? This is a perfect opportunity in front of an audience that's captive & ready to buy! Consign at Bridal Haus, and earn a few extra bucks! Brides often purchase advance tickets to our wedding fair just to shop the early bird at Bridal Haus, so it's a great driving factor to get attendance as well.
